TradeEasy Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using TradeEasy. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
TradeEasy is a software-as-a-service application operated by TradeEasy. We provide tools for sole traders and small businesses to manage clients, quotes, invoices and jobs. Contact us at hello@tradeeasy.app.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Keep your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when setting up your profile.
3. Free Trial & Subscription
14-day free trial, no card required. After trial, TradeEasy costs £14.99 per month, auto-renewing monthly. Payments processed via Stripe. Cancel anytime from account settings. No refunds for partial months. Price changes given 30 days notice.
4. Using TradeEasy
For lawful business use only. You must not send fraudulent invoices, harass third parties, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, resell access, or violate UK law. You own all data you enter.
5. Client Data & GDPR
When storing client details you become a data controller under UK GDPR. You are responsible for having lawful basis for storing client data, informing clients their data is stored in a third-party app, responding to client data requests, and keeping data accurate. TradeEasy acts as data processor on your behalf.
6. Shareable Links
Public quote and invoice links are accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for accuracy of information. Client acceptance of a quote creates a commercial agreement between you and your client only. TradeEasy is not party to that agreement.
7. Availability
We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for loss of income resulting from downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
TradeEasy name, logo, design and code are protected by UK copyright law. Your data remains yours.
9. Limitation of Liability
TradeEasy is not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, indirect losses, or disputes between you and your clients. Total liability capped at subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts for breach of terms or non-payment. You may close your account anytime. Data retained 30 days then permanently deleted.
11. Changes
We will notify you by email 14 days before significant changes.
12. Governing Law
Governed by laws of England and Wales.
